Off Duty

Off Duty.

Because “Just Drink Water and Breathe” Isn’t Cutting It

You take care of everyone else.
Nurses give everything and deserve something back, too.
This is your turn.

If you’ve been running on empty because a system that tells you to take care of others is depleting you,
This experience is for you.

Self-care shouldn’t feel like another thing on your to-do list, it should feel pleasurable, connecting, and sustainable.

In this 2.5-hour immersive experience, you’ll:

    •    Step out of survival mode
    •    Feel heard and understood by people who actually get it
    •    Learn simple, usable tools to regulate and reset
    •    Reconnect with yourself

This experience will be held inside a beautiful, historic home in Rochester, NY—a space designed to help you exhale the moment you walk in.

What Will Happen:

    •    Guided group conversation (say the real things out loud)

    •    Somatic practices to release stress

    •    Intentional reflection to reconnect with what you actually need

    •    Moments of rest, laughter, and just being

No fixing. No performing. No pressure. No lecture.

This is for you if…

  • You’re a nurse who feels over worked and under-valued

  •  You catch yourself giving your colleague the side eye, every time Tammy tells you to “just breathe”

  • You’re craving space to reset and reconnect
