“When I began my sessions with Heidi, I had been thinking about going back to therapy for a while, but wanted something different than the traditional psychological approach. As my life-coach, Heidi helped me learn how to identify my core values, set and keep boundaries, communicate my wants and needs effectively to others, and find tools and strategies to keep myself healthy- both emotionally and physically. Heidi offers a judgment-free space to learn about yourself, and work on anything that is important to you. The most surprising thing I learned was how strongly I physically react to different emotional situations; it was something I hadn’t realized, and now it is a tool I can use to help make important life decisions. What I liked the most about Heidi’s approach, was that she never made me feel like there was anything wrong with me.”

"Heidi is a consummate coach & counselor -- she listens carefully as she learns about the many aspects that make up a person's life, becoming aware of how each part impacts the others. She provides a clear map of incremental and achievable goals -- sound perspectives rather than the flavor of the month buzzword. I would recommend Heidi to anyone, young or not so young, as she has a great ability to connect with people from all walks of life, at all stages of their journeys."

“One of my biggest struggles lately is not getting sucked into the “news”. I removed all my social media accounts like 6 years ago but it is still incredibly challenging to not waste time on the “smart” phone. I think viewing it as an addiction as you brought up is the best way to think about it. I admire that you have never had a smartphone. I think the moderation approach which you brought up is absolutely right. Again, I think you did a great job. The topic is crucial to all of us and I really liked the closing of the 11 year old girls 100 things to do around the area. On Saturday I wanted to veg out and watch tv and let the kids continue to play on their iPads but it inspired me to take everyone ice skating. It was time much better spent so thank you for the inspiration to at least for a moment put it into application.”

“Throughout my time working with Heidi, I’ve known her to be a thoughtful, responsive, compassionate, and driven leader. She is passionate in all that she does, helping others attain their goals and develop an understanding of their true self. She has a natural ability to help others feel seen and understood.”

“I really enjoyed your Digital Detox session. I thought it was so helpful in encouraging me to detach from digital connections, and I appreciated how interactive the session was. The tables were such a genius idea to help people rediscover the joy in simple, real-life moments, even if it was something as easy as smelling the scent of dried fruits or playing with a tactile object.”

“After your program, I felt energized and determined to set some goals for myself, a personal digital detox challenge, to foster a healthier relationship with technology and to use the insights that I’ve gained to maintain a more balanced and mindful approach to digital life. You're doing a great job, and I encourage you to continue your wonderful work. Thank you again for creating such a meaningful experience!”

“Heidi, I just wanted to say that your presentation and the experience you created was really, really great! I was super impressed by your presence, ability to speak to a group and convey information, the thoughtful content itself, really everything.”
-
“I very much enjoyed your presentation and the interactions with strangers. These types of interactions used to be so common and are sadly not happening regularly anymore. Your talk helped a lot of people verbalize their frustrations with overusing our phones and watching others overuse their phones when we don’t want them to.”
-
“I thought your presentation was great. Some impactful information. You are very talented in what you do!”
-
“As a facilitator, you did awesome. You allowed conversations to "flow free" while keeping a low-key structure.”

“Thank you again for a great month of groups and coaching. It was lovely to connect with women in Rochester AND it was also my first time being unmasked in a setting other than family or close friends!!! It was a big milestone in many ways. Thank you for creating a safe, connecting space. I will truly feel its absence moving forward.”
