Coaching
Coaching is as a process of breaking through recurring cycles that no longer serve the client. It’s a professional partnership that helps ignite realistic goals, while maintaining the stamina for clients to change their behaviors and take action to reach their goals.
Goals
I am guessing you are reading this right now because there is something you want to change. Good for you! Knowing how to get there is what we can work on together. Each session will have a defined goal that you have developed. Knowing what you want to accomplish for each session will allow us to maintain clarity and direction. A lot of the “work” is done outside our sessions. Your commitment to meeting your goals will be a direct correlation to your personal growth.
Commitment
Change takes time and you may have setbacks and I will remain committed to keeping you on track. I hold my clients accountable to their process as our work together will only be effective if it’s an equal partnership and we both put in the work.
As your coach, I commit to ongoing self-maintenance and continuous learning/training as an effective tool to attain your goals.
Feedback
I believe feedback is an important tool for growth and maintaining an effective working relationship; this is a large part of my coaching style. While I don’t have your answers or a magic wand to make your life easier, I have acquired a skill at providing observations through feedback specific to your goals. I am equally open to receiving feedback to ensure I am effectively supporting you. If you are not comfortable giving or receiving feedback, it’s okay - we can make it a goal!
Potential Outcomes
Based on your goals and ability to maintain practices, you may experience the following outcomes:
Live with less fear
Forgiveness
Understanding your time and the value of boundaries
Inner Peace
Embrace vulnerability
Live by clear intentions
Alignment with your day-to-day choices and your values
Feeling heard and validated
Understanding your individual leadership qualities
Coaching Sessions
Cost
Insurance does not cover coaching. However, my hourly rate is reasonably priced at $60 per session.

Book your free session. The first session will be 30-45 minutes in person, online, or phone. If we decide to move forward, I will send you a contract that you would need to complete before your first 6o minute session. You will decide if we meet weekly or bi-weekly.
Group Facilitation
Co-creating spaces for individuals to explore vulnerability, different ways of thinking and learning really brings joy to my heart- especially in group settings! Having years of experience as a group participant myself, I am aware of how the effectiveness and safety of the group relies heavily on the facilitator.
Elements of an Effective Group
Establishing Group Norms
Whether you join a group of familiar faces or strangers, everyone needs guidelines to know how to effectively engage in a group process. At the beginning of our session, we will review specific behavioral expectations to support the curation of a safe, inclusive, and fun learning environment.
Structure
As your group facilitator, I will provide elements of planned immersion activities and evidence-based learning opportunities. I also find value in fluidity by adjusting the structure based on the immediate need and interest of the group.
Space
The spaces where I facilitate groups is very important to me. In order to be able to experience a group in its totality, all participants will sit in a circle format and will be provided alternative seating accommodations if needed. Interruptions from outside noise (unless it’s nature) will be a priority.
Identify Your Outcomes
Knowing what you are hoping to achieve when you pull a group together is key. If the group members don’t understand why they are there, participation and investment can be low.
If you are in the need of having a work-related group for building cohesion or would like a personal group with others you know, we can talk about how I may be able to help you build an experience to suit your needs.

Digital Detoxing Groups
Living without a smartphone has increased my awareness and concern for how technology is being misused, and taking us away from intentional living. Consequently, I started facilitating groups to help foster the deep connections we are missing, and inform community members about the signs of digital addiction.
If you are looking for a group facilitator, or would like to meet individually about your relationship with the digital world, take a moment to “unplug” and connect with me or check out my “events” page for upcoming groups.
